Speakers Ready Room
All MASCC/ISOO 2019 Invited, Sponsored, and Proffered Paper (Oral) Presentation speakers are requested to submit their presentations onsite to the Speakers Ready Room at least 1 hour before the start of their session.
The Speakers Ready Room is located in Pacific B-C Room (Pacific Concourse Level) and will be clearly sign-posted at the MASCC/ISOO 2019 Meeting.
Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure
Please note that all invited, sponsored, and proffered paper (oral) speakers are requested to include a slide disclosing any conflict of interest at the beginning of their presentation. Template slides are provided for speakers who have a conflict of interest to declare and can be downloaded here:

Proffered Papers (Oral) Presentation
Abstracts scheduled as Proffered Papers have been scheduled in a Parallel Session. Each proffered paper has been allocated a total of 10 minutes for presentation including questions.
All MASCC/ISOO 2019 Proffered Paper (Oral) Presentation speakers should submit their presentations onsite to the Speakers Ready Room at least 1 hour before the start of their session. The Speakers Ready Room is located in Pacific B-C Room (Pacific Concourse Level) and will be clearly sign-posted at the MASCC/ISOO 2019 Meeting.
If using a PowerPoint (or any other software application) presentation, please note that you need to bring it on a "disk on key" memory stick (using the USB port in the computer) and load it on one of the conference's computers in the Speakers Ready Room, at least 1 hour before the start of the session.
If combining video films with PowerPoint, please make sure to check it in the session hall where your lecture is taking place during a coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session, in addition to checking it in the Speakers Ready Room.
Alternatively, you may supply your own laptop computer. In such cases, please confirm that your computer has a HDMI socket for external signal and check it in the Speakers Ready Room as soon as you arrive and later on in the session hall where your lecture will take place during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
Important note for Macintosh users:
In order to use Mac presentations on a PC computer, you need to prepare your presentation according to the instructions below before bringing it to the Speakers Ready Room:
1. Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana, etc. (Special fonts can be changed to a default font on a PC with PowerPoint.)
2. Insert pictures as JPG files (not TIF, PNG or PICT) to ensure visibility in PowerPoint on a PC.
Alternatively, you may use your own Mac laptop computer. In such cases, please confirm that you have provided it with a HDMI adaptor for external signal and check it in the Speakers Ready Room as soon as you arrive, as well as later on in the session hall where your lecture is to take place during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.

Abstracts selected as e-Poster Presentations will be displayed during a special designated e-Poster session to highlight the research and provide time for attendees to view and discuss your poster. During this session, you are expected to be at the e-Poster Station to present the results of your research and answer any questions.
Abstracts scheduled as e-Poster Presentations are allocated a total of 3 minutes for presentation (2 min oral presentation and 1 min Q&A session moderated by chairs).
The presentation will be facilitated with an electronic poster board on which Presenters will upload their e-Poster(s) prior to the meeting date. The system will allow you to move around and zoom in on any section of the e-Poster (just like a large iPad).
e-Poster Format and Upload
The deadline for uploading your e-Poster for inclusion in the scientific program and the meeting app is Friday, June 14, 2019.
Instructions for e-Poster upload and upload link were sent only to registered participants via email on May 15, 2019.
Please submit your poster as a 1-page PDF-file in portrait orientation.

If you wish to add a video to your poster, please consider the following technical requirements:

Please be aware that PowerPoint files (.pptx) will only be accepted if you have a video included. If your poster does not contain a video, please submit your poster as a PDF.

Discussion, Questions, and Answers
At the end of your presentation, you will be asked questions about your abstract. The Chair of your session will facilitate questions from the audience. If English is not your first language, and you need assistance, please bring a registered participant to help with translation.
e-Posters will be on display at the e-Poster stations throughout the entire Annual Meeting during exhibition opening hours. e-Poster presenters do not have to stand by their e-Posters during the breaks. The e-Posters are equipped with a "Contact Author Button" that allows participants to e-mail questions to the author directly.
